Our innovative handheld delivery system JetWrite® , when attached to the Stat®  system, offers a flexible platform that allows you to directly surface finish and texture any metal surface area. It’s a manually operated device that requires minimal setup and is ideal for on-site repairs, touch-ups, or small-scale production runs on metal components that need a precise surface finish.

The compact size of the machine allows you to access tight spaces and hard-to-reach areas with ease, making it a versatile tool that can be used on parts of any size, from small components to large structures. Plus, it eliminates the need for expensive tooling or setup costs.

Using our patented electrochemical jet machining technology, the handheld JetWrite®  produces no thermal damage, which makes it suitable for machining even the thinnest and most delicate parts. This is especially important in industries such as aerospace, medical, or electronics, where precision and quality are essential.

Operating JetWrite®  is straightforward and intuitive, requiring only an electrolyte solution. All electrolyte used is fully recirculated within the unit, ensuring there is no mess or contamination.

The JetWrite®  delivery system plugs into the standard Stat®  system that delivers the Surface Texture Adjustment Technology. As with all Stat®  systems it allows for any metal surface to be polished, patterned or roughened depending on the surface finish required. The process is a sustainable and does away with highly corrosive chemicals and is therefore environmentally friendly. No masking is required leading to a more efficient production process saving time and cost. The technology is also athermal and does not cause any thermal damage associated with other surface finishing technologies.
