It has the capability to interpret gcode natively when connected to our Stat™ system, and can also be custom programmed for more specific requirements. PrecisionJet is perfect for precisely controlled surface finishing operations whether it’s on bespoke 1-off parts or mid-scale repeated production runs. 

Capable of machining 470mm 430mm 296mm (XYZ) at a sub 0.02mm precision, it is able to handle anything that our EJM process can throw at it. As standard it includes a T slotted 620mmx620mm bedplate for flexible part mounting or custom mounting arrangements. PrecisionJet has a compact factory floor space requirement of 1.1m x 1.3m, and it’s self contained machining chamber means there are no worries about cross contamination with any neighbouring machines.
