The TextureJet product range is designed to be modular and adaptable – we will guide you to the ideal combination to achieve your surface finishing goals.

Below you can find our primary product ranges, but the TextureJet team has a huge amount of experience using electrochemical jet machining technology and can create adaptations and expansions to meet your needs.

Stat System

The core of any TextureJet system is the Stat cart. This is the brains of the operation – controlling the electrolyte supply, power supply and housing the recipe driven operating system.

For your operators, they simply select the type of processing and the part profile and press Go – it is highly intuitive and takes all the risk out of machining.

Despite its simplicity in use, the advanced system allows fine tuning and complete control of the processing of your workpieces – supporting any surface finish desired.

The Stat system is designed to seamlessly connect to any accessory – simply connect the two together and Stat will automatically detect and allow configuration of the system. This creates a versatile and multi-use system which can be quickly switched between different operations.

Multi-Axis Accessories

The most commonly used accessory is the TextureJet Precision Jet and Desktop Jet products. Each is available in 3-, 4- and 5-axis configurations, allowing even the most complex parts to be easily processed.

Controlled by the Stat system, standard NC code is used to program the accessory movement without any need for complex or bespoke software. The systems are designed to be high precision and high repeatable workhorses.

The difference between the two products is simply the size and working volume – given in the table below.

Robot Integration

For larger or more complex parts, Stat is compatible with any robot platform.

Use the robot controller as the master – creating the toolpath and controlling the process and safety systems – with a simple interface to allow the robot controller to control the Stat system.

Simply set the overall machining parameters in Stat and let the robot control the rest! The TextureJet team have extensive experience integrating with a variety of robot controllers so are here to help with the specification and selection of suitable systems for your use case.

Manual Accessory

For maximum flexibility and simplicity, Jet Write is a manual, handheld solution to allow you to achieve electrochemical finishes on your workpiece. Safe and simple to control, Jet Write is best for low precision, highly variable parts which require a more manual touch.

This is particularly useful for prototyping and proof of concept on new parts, or highly variable parts where automation is more challenging.

Jet Write is plug and play like all the other accessory designs – allowing you to swap the treatment easily and quickly.
