TextureJet is exhibiting at IMTS Chicago for the first time!

TextureJet, a pioneer in advanced surface engineering solutions, is pleased to announce its participation at this year’s International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS). This is the first time TextureJet has exhibited in the USA, and the exhibition is the largest manufacturing show in the Western Hemisphere. It will be taking place at McCormick Place, Chicago, from 14-19 September 2026.

Visitors to Booth 236952 will be able to see TextureJet’s revolutionary surface processing technology for deburring (including cross-hole deburring), surface preparation, and part-marking in action. The company’s innovative process delivers greater precision, consistency, and sustainability compared to conventional methods.

TextureJet will be showcasing an exciting new system for part marking at the show alongside the latest evolution of its flagship technology, the next-generation STAT® machine: STAT3®.

The updated STAT system (pictured below) delivers enhanced performance and is more streamlined and compact in design than its predecessor, STAT2®, offering manufacturers greater flexibility, usability, and control than ever before.

As North America’s largest manufacturing technology exhibition, the IMTS exhibition provides TextureJet with an opportunity to connect with manufacturers seeking innovative solutions for deburring, surface preparation and component marking, particularly in high-value sectors such as aerospace, medical and precision engineering.

“We’re delighted to be exhibiting at IMTS for the first time this year, marking an important milestone for TextureJet as we expand our international presence and introduce our technology to a wider North American audience. As one of the world’s leading manufacturing events, IMTS provides an excellent opportunity to engage with manufacturers, industry leaders and potential partners from across the region.

Our electrochemical jet machining technology is helping manufacturers rethink how they approach precision deburring, surface preparation and part marking, delivering highly controlled, non-contact processing without the need for traditional abrasives or aggressive chemicals. By improving consistency, reducing process variation and supporting more sustainable manufacturing practices, we are helping customers solve complex surface engineering challenges across a range of industries.

As our first exhibition in the United States, IMTS represents an exciting opportunity to build new relationships, expand our presence in North America and demonstrate the value our technology can bring to manufacturers seeking greater precision, efficiency and process control. We look forward to meeting visitors at the show and discussing how TextureJet can support their manufacturing objectives.” said Jonathon Mitchell-Smith, CEO and Founder, TextureJet.

Attendees will see how TextureJet’s technology enables superior edge shaping, improved surface preparation, and durable part-marking, offering significant advantages for industries working with high-value components and advanced materials.
